Generation Y represents approximately 78 Million consumers who are rapidly becoming the most attractive demographic for consumer facing organizations. Retailers, card issuers and the like are investing heavily to understand how people in this highly attractive audience make buying decisions and develop brand loyalty. At the same time, the Loyalty industry is undergoing significant change as consumers are demanding innovation from program sponsors.

This session will share the results of a year-long study of the Millennial generation, their influences, preferences, and outlook on brand loyalty.
